Outside felt unkept and lack of face to face from host

Very nice accomodation, close to public transport.. nice pool area for chilling after a hot day outside visiting, right next to the sea with swimming area.. small town nearby with everything you need, its not a 5 star hotel but it was what i expected it to be.. a villa in south italy. Very nice and practical place to stay

The shower was splashing water around the bathroom but nothing too crazy, walls were abit thin maybe.. could hear alot of whats is going on around the building.

The apartment had two lovely terasses with great views to the seaside and the back garden with a pool. It's a great place to relax and sit in the sun. The rooms were very clean and had all we needed.

It's a bit far away from the city, so plan to rent a car if you want to go to sandy beaches, the ones nearby only have rocks. The other detail I was not aware of when we booked was that the jacuzzi only has cold water.

The location is near the bus stop and also very near to the sea. We didn't find availability for the sea view apartment, but they looked nicer than the pation ones. All apartments have a terase where you can sit and relax. Inside, it is very clean and warm. Very nice apartment.

The patio apartment on the outside was not that good looking. There was a pile of trash outside it which didn't give the best ambiance, but it did not smell and didn't ruin the sitting outside. It's a preferance for the view that could have been better.

i rated 1-for the beautiful view and location- but this alone cannot compensate for the other issues. On our second day of our stay (out of 7) we noticed water leaking from under the kitchen sink and a weird noise when we used the stove top-it also had some problems. Also if you wamt to.cook inside there is no hood and you need to stay with the window open where there are no mosquito nets. On the second and third day of staying plumbers had to come in and try to fix the leakage. The biggest problem of them all was The MOLD ! And it was a lot-all the way along the wall behind the kitchen facilities. The staff from the reception instead of apologizing, tried to blame the other clients that used the AC! But it had nothing to do with that.We actually heard the plumbers that said it was from the insulation.I told them that i have a little daughter of 1.6 yrs old and its extremely dangerous for her to be there with the mold vapours in the room where we eat. They told me that they will contact the owner and will look for another room-No one ever called or wrote to me after that.And besides that you can't throw your trash anywhere besides the bins on the street-small ones-we stayed for one week and the ppl from the reception told me to leave it in until we check out! So we took our trash everyday to the small street bins. So my opinion is that it is not suitable for families, and for people that stay longer than 2 days maybe, if you don t mind the mold the garbage,needing to pay extra for towels and poor insulation, cheap broken facilities.

Localization

Our flight was delayed, so we came to Bari after midnight. Host refused to let us in the room, nevertheless he or she needed to only remotely open the gate and I offered extra money (keys were locked, code was provided to us). Unfortunately, I had to pay for another accommodation 140Euro what means that I payed also city tax. As we didn't use water, electricity etc., usually in such situation apartments owners pay back half of the price for one night. In this case, owner of of apartment refused. Moreover, when I asked if parking is free in front of the house, he/she answered: "probably yes, please check city announcement". Very funny. Summarizing, totally lack of hospitality. I don't recommend. For sure, in neighborhood someone can find better place. It the same situation were our friends, who had rent apartment in Monopoli. Their host gave them money back for one night and this is honest solution. Once again, look for better place.

Everyhting! Location is superb. The villa is SUPER! Nice, modern, in a very wonderful location!

A lot of things. 1. we get about 10 similar emails from property( full box) in the check/in day we received online registration form- photos of paaports etc. to bee feel .. we did it, because we know that its logn ( about 5 hours) way behind. On the way we received the ingormation that we also need to pay city tax by thei link( inthe other way well not receive keys) thanks to God- one of our cards gad accept this strange link.. but we had loose the time with it unfortunatily this was not the last superstoon after an hour we received the call that theit online registration form does not works and we need ti sent photos of id cards again, in the other way we ll not receive the keys of property.We were n the highway.. ok, we gad fond the stop and fulfield their requirments🙈 to get in the property was piu- meno easy, but the smell that reigned there was terrible. It came from the sink and kichen area! There was cleaning aids for floor and sponge for fishwasing smels realy terrible.how much does a new spinge costs to change it after each visit? - 40 cents- we gad by a new one because we ciuld not was our dishes witj existing one. I will not complain at all about the fact that there were no thash bags ( we stayed for 7! night) or any cleaning products .. and no trash box in the property nobody had come to clean the room even once.,Another separate topic is rude and inhospitable staff. There were several situations- the 2 most significant- a represantative of okeyhome brand manager had managed works in the emty rooms- and. NEVER once when he had met one of the quests didnot consider it nessary to say hallo , but passed by as i the empty are.. stange for Italy.. at the same time the guys who did the work ( hired workees) were very nice and polite. The last point eas added by employee on the check-out day. Around 09:50 we had carrie our luggage to the car, when the woman who had come to clean the rooms remind us that check/out is untill 10:00.
