A nice property in a good location with free parking. Well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Minor points: Second floor property. Fine for me but might be a problem for some. Wash basin in bathroom very small with no plug and mixer tap not easy to adjust. Free parking to the rear very busy and hit and miss to get a space. Seems to be open to all.

Smell of cigarettes smoke when first when in. There was a cigarette end in the sink in the bathroom

"Aberdeen flat."

This is a lovely, well equipped flat. It is bright and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, after a short walk we were in the city centre.
