Good location , clean , stylish , quick response.

Entrance hall bit shabby. Small bathroom. No regular TV as said not programmed.

Lovely flat, very nice and clean inside. You can tell a lot of effort has gone into making it feel like home. The sofa bed I’m told was comfy. As is the main bed. Nice quiet street with very little traffic noise. Easy walk to the shops or a very short taxi run. I would stay again

I couldn’t get the tv to work, says it wasn’t programmed. No lock on the toilet door, a little bolt lock would do.

The apartment is nicely furnished and clean and the photos fully correspond to the reality. Kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking (just knifes could do with a bit of sharpening :-) ). Florin is a very nice person, attentive to all details and takes care of the guests to the maximum (when we discovered a leaking shower after our arrival, Florin arranged for a quick fix). Milk and Nespresso coffee provided was a very nice bonus. The location is also convenient – near to the city center and all amenities. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Overall, we were very satisfied with our 11 days stay, thank you very much, we really enjoyed our holiday!

The only downside for us was a bit softer mattress and narrow bed since we are used to at least 160 cm wide, but this may be a matter of personal preference :-)

Noise from neighbours, paper thin walls. Can hear talking, walking, TV etc
