Overall it was very easy, but even though not a fault of the host, the keypad to get through the lobby and gain access to the rooms as a bit janky and would often not register a key press and then input multiple times.

The pics are misleading and the river view apartment isnt really what a river view looks like, the river is all green and lots of weeds around it, place is far from any shops, you have to go around , so wouldnt stay there again

Overall a decent stay. Location was good, 5-10 minute walk into centre but a pleasant walk. Generally the apartment was clean but not spotless. Towels were clean and soft and a little parcel of toiletries were left for us although we didn’t use them. Layout is quirky, room is light due to the big window overlooking the water (which is thick green with algae) View was pleasant enough and free parking was a bonus. Very quiet, no neighbourly noise. Water was hot, shower pressure was average and room temperature was perfect. Little night light came on when bathroom door was opened which was good for night visits to the bathroom. We didn’t use TV, hairdryer, toaster etc so can’t comment on how well they worked. Plenty of communication from host so if any real issues you could contact them.

Trying to enter the property was definitely a faff, external door, internal door, very long corridor with numerous doors then apartment door. Needing different codes for 3 of the entrances, while navigating luggage and being conscious of the parking limit. Getting into car park was fine and finding the allocated space was ok, however climbing 32 steps each time we had to use the car was a bit much for us oldies. Appreciated the free parking though. Wardrobe was full of a hanging shelf, vacuum cleaner, large circular fan and mop so there was no hanging space until we emptied it out. Then had to put it all back before coming home. In the bathroom we missed having a loo roll holder, there was no hand held shower only a fixed head shower and the sink is tiny. No dressing table area with a mirror and socket for hair drying etc in any part of the room. Bed seemed smaller than a double, reasonably comfortable but no bedside tables/shelves or lamps etc, kept losing the pillows down between the mattress and headboard as there is a big gap, and literally step out of bed into the kitchen. We didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities other than the fridge.

3 separate codes one for building one for corridor one for room . Tv not straightforward to use with 2 remotes . A wee note on how to get it on and to channels would be helpful

The property was beautiful, lovely deco , smart bathroom , everything you could wish for and more

The property was spacious. It had a lovely dining area, lounge seating area. The bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped! It was clean and tidy when we arrived.

This isn't applicable, we enjoyed every part!
