da localização, da cama, por ter estacionamento, mais ou menos perto.

a casa precisa de uma reforma pois está algo degradada com várias manchas de humidade nas paredes, em redor do lava loiça, o sofá com o tecido manchado, as paredes da casa de banho forradas com papeis diferentes a descolar, os equipamentos do jardim deteriorados, falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha, como malgas fundas, o isqueiro para acender o fogão não funcionava, etc...

la posizione è ottima e c'è un bel giardino

uno dei due letti era un divano e al nostro arrivo non era fatto ma lo abbiamo dovuto fare noi. Faceva molto freddo e non c'era modo di accendere il riscaldamento ma solo una piccola stufetta che non è in grado di riscaldare tutte le stanze

Es un apartamento muy bonito y cómodo. Eñ una zona de Belem muy céntrica. Preferimos Belem y no el centro de Lisboa porque llegamos eñ auto. Pudimos aparcar en la puerta sin problemas. Excelente anfitriona! Lo recomendamos
