Iririki Island Resort & Spa

to be honest it was exactly as advertised, the tours were a bit steep but they were well worth the experience. the sunset tour was my favourite. staff were great, and plenty of them, feel like i always had a drink in my hand the whole time i was there. (not complaining)

room met expectations, island is massive, so plenty to do with good facilities. pools were great and kids club good. (LOL) next time will definitely come back for longer.

staff could be a bit more conversational, a few great staff but most smile. not really an issue as with family. really clutching at straws to be critical but i thought more fresh fruit could be nice?

Freundliches Personal, tolle Lage direkt am Zentrum von Port Villa. Gute Schnorchelmöglichkeiten und Pools zum Abkühlen. Fähre zum Ort fährt alle paar Minuten.

Insgesamt finden wir, dass das Resort für den Preis zu wenig bietet. Das Frühstück ist okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Für guten Kaffee zahlt man extra, auf das Omelette mussten wir mehrfach 30 Minuten warten. Die Preise für Getränke und Essen im Resort sind hoch. Viele Gäste gehen daher oft außerhalb im Ort essen. Es kommen viele Tagesgäste ins Resort, vor allem wenn ein Kreuzfahrtschiff vor Ort ist. Das kann auch störend sein. Die Anlage ist zum Teil auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unterm Strich will man hier vor allem Geld verdienen. Uns fehlte manchmal der Blick für die Interessen und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Das sollte bei einem Resort dieser Preisklasse professioneller laufen.

The island resort is in a great location and we felt very safe on the island. Local staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was good.

We stayed in the delux pool side accomodation. Our room was old and run down with several issues including a broken bed and hole in the wall behind the fridge which allowed things to crawl in. This room was over priced and not value for money.

Lovely, clean hotel with everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Restaurant gets really busy and very close tables together, would benefit from having more places to eat on the island.

Beautiful location and the grounds were very well kept. There was lots to do on the island (snorkelling, kayaking, tennis etc). The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment at the restaurant too, particularly the fire show, the cultural performance, and the live music. The bungalows were very comfortable.

The food was a bit average and some of the equipment seemed a bit cheap/broken (eg most of the tennis racquets were broken). At times there also wasn’t enough equipment for the number of people (eg had to wait a while for a snorkel). Personally, we didn’t like the music that was played at the resort, with the exception of the local string bands and artists who played live music - they were excellent!

Too much walking. The photos were misleading. Made me think we had a huge spacious room. Paid too much for a small room.
