Every thing were perfect

Easy to get to, quick frequent ferry rides from the main land. Friendly accommodating staff, plenty of activities to do even when raining.

Not enough water available, only place you could get water was in the restaurant from a water dispenser.

The resort itself was lovely. Staff on-site were friendly and professional. Snorkelling was super fun

Unfortunately the resort overcharged us by over $100 when making the booking which we are still (2 weeks later) waiting to be resolved. This completely spoilt the stay, making us notice flaws in service, or quality of food, cleanliness etc that i think would have happily washed over us otherwise.

The room was nice, staff were nice, views were lovely

The food and drinks were expensive and not very good

There was construction right out our room. Including drilling at the rock outside the balcony. It was overwhelming even with the doors closed. I mentioned it to multiple staff and wrote on booking.com as 4 heavy vehicles working literally right outside your balcony isn’t relaxing and my toddler couldn’t sleep. Nothing was done, no apology, nothing. It just shows how much they care once you’re there and paid for the room.

No air-conditioner in the restaurant

The water surrounding the island is incredibly clear and clean. Views from most rooms and facilities are fantastic. The beach area is lovely with a lot of shade if you prefer to stay out of the sun. It is very good for young children. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a very pleasant location.

The resort is very expensive for the standard of accommodation. They are carrying out construction at the moment and many people complained about the noise and were moved to other rooms. Prior planning to leave rooms vacant next to the construction could have avoided upsetting a number of people. Having to pack and move rooms was very inconvenient. Our seaview bungalow, although newish on the outside, seemed to have very old timber joinery and flooring which is very shabby and needs refurbishing. All food and drink is very expensive on the island. The whole resort needs serious maintenance.

Amazing location and staff! So relaxed and lots to do on the island! The free ferry anytime is fantastic! Loved the atmosphere and activities and shows on .. easy to book tours from the hotel, yummy buffet breakky included!

Limited supply of water bottles, (2 on arrival) and no milk or ice in the fridge, just powdered creamer .. sachets.. would be nice to have daily water and some UHT milk in the rooms .. maybe room service options for meals as it’s quite walk to the restaurants.. if you’ve had a busy day! The kayak hire beach area was lovely and would have been amazing with a bar or mobile lunch packs so we could have stayed all day.. maybe a buggy shuttle service around the island? Our first day after travelling was exhausting and a massive walk in the heat up a hill with our carry on was challenging .. we are just two adults .. families with kids or elderly would struggle with this.. just little added comforts would make this 5 stars easily!
