Haven-by-the-sea in Gourdon

Amazing sea views from main living area.The flat was well appointed 2 bedrooms on first floor and 3rd upstairs with its own bathroom. The flat was comfortable ,we cooked in the kitchen well supplied with utensils etc. 2 bathrooms . We had 3 very happy days ,thanks.The village of Gourdon small fishing village. Nearest Co op next village 5 min drive .Great farm shop just outside .Amazing coastal walks

Not much to say.Flat reached by flight of outside stairs .Couldnt work out which bin to empty rubbish in as most bins were padlocked ?

We were absolutely delighted with property. We have rented in Gourdon before. Love the village and its a good base for travelling about the area. Peace perfect peace. Wonderful views.

Our only concern was the lack of a handrail on the outside stair . Car parking was very convenient.

The property was first class. We loved the sea view. It was very peaceful. Owner was very helpful and quick to reply to messages. It was nice to find basic essentials like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, etc. in kitchen. Only small suggestion would be that bed in upstairs bedroom was king size, as it was too small for us, so we used the 2 single beds downstairs. Not a problem.

The views were exceptional in a lovely wee fishing village ,so peaceful , the was helpful and very quick to respond to any queries

Decor needs some attention and is looking a bit tired in places

The property was spotless clean, we loved the log burner fire and the view was to die for ♥️ when the tide comes in it comes right up to the property, we felt like we were in a cruise lol never been to anywhere like this in my life♥️

Our only problem was the double bed downstairs was creaky and my friend found it noisy when my other friend was trying to sleep and she was moving around in the night as the creaking was so loud, maybe a wee bit of WD40 would sort that problem
