El piso de los baños porque esta un poco resbalo, y es peligroso. Les falta espejos. El agua se la alberca huele mucho a cloro y no se ve muy clara el agua .

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr veraltet, der Geruch muffig, Dusche sehr schlecht! Frühstück für Europäer sehr schlecht, nur Rührei mit Bohnenmus!

No habían toalla suficientes para las personas reservadas, se pidieron y nunca las entregaron. La alberca estaba sin mantenimiento, no se pudo usar. El desayuno con opciones demasiado limitadas y muy incompleto. No habían ni colas para comprar

La tranquilidad del lugar, está bonito, es acogedor, el café está 😋 delicioso, el personal es muy amable, está cerca de Belice y puedes ir de compras, el personal te ayuda a conseguir transporte, siempre está limpio, me gustó mucho el lugar está muy lindo, incluye desayuno diario (sería bueno que hubiera más variedad en el desayuno 😸)

El internet no agarra muy bien, y no te cambian toallas diario, ni las sábanas, los colchones no están cómodos

We like that the hotel was pet friendly and that there was a grassed area for the dog. As well the staff was friendly and tired hard to communicate with us (They did not speak English and we did not speck Spanish) They also worked hard to rectify the issues we had.

The Hotel is very run down and the property is not at all kept up. The grass is not cut and there pool was dirty and there was a broken light hanging on a wire in the pool. There was no hot water nor water pressure at all. The Air conditioner was leaking on to the bed and pillow. They gave us 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people (3 night stay). They also only gave us bottle of water and only 2 towels. No hand towel for the bathroom and no hand soap. Overall a real disappointment.. Would not recommend this property to anyone. A real DIVE

I thought it would be in chetumal, but it was right after the boarder in the middle of nowhere, no restaurant, no atm close by and I was almost starving for dinner. Not the hotels fault, more fault of booking.com

Jardin de hôtel très joli. Piscine. Très bon accueil. Chambre simple mais correcte. Bon petit-déjeuner mexicain.

Hotel situé en bord de route mais pratique car à côté de la frontière du Belize. Bien pour une nuit. Salle de bain trop petite et vieillotte
