Hotel Lagoon - Pet Friendly

Me gusta el hotel pero no todos los cuartos ya son 3 veces que me alojo ahí y prefiero la habitación 4 es más grande y espaciosa

Que no pude prender la tele es la segunda vez no se si falta otro control

Amabilidad por parte de la recepción

Das Bett war bequem. Es gab warmes Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn und der Dusche. Die Duschen sind groß. Ein Fernseher war vorhanden. Klimaanlage TipTop. Klein aber fein. Alles sehr Tierfreundlich gehalten. Die eigenen Hunde vom Besitzer laufen frei herum und begrüßen die neuen Gäste.

Die Lage ist mitten im Nichts. Für das Frühstück war kein Platz mehr frei. Man zahlt zusätzlich eine relative hohe Steuer oder Kur-Tax.

Qué tenia espacios verdes

1. Falta de espacio en las habitaciones 2 El baño era súper pequeño e incomodo 3 El personal del desayuno súper desagradable y desatento. Salimos a desayunar 10:30 am y se molesto demasiado porque es servicio de 8 a 11 am. Solo contaban con huevos al gusto para desayunar. Pésimo servicio y engañosa publicidad de qué incluye un desayuno cuando es súper x

Nice little swimming pool

Staff not really friendly with 0 flexibility (you get a rumpled eggs for breakfast, don’t bother asking a boiled egg or a sunny side up, you won’t get it). The place is far out from everything, we had to each time wait 20 min for a taxi to eat somewhere. Overnight, the air condition stopped working, nobody there to fix it. Didn’t get any sleep because of the heat and the alarm beeping going if the air condition. When I reported it the next morning I got a “oh, really?” and that was that. The are pet friendly, meaning they have two dogs themselves and when you go to the pool you basically run in their “business” because they poo everywhere and nobody is cleaning it up. Wouldn’t go there anymore ☹️

El personal del hotel es súper amable y el desayuno está muy rico. Además es muy bonito aquello.

La ducha iba regular y hay muchos mosquitos

El trato amable del personal, muy atentos en todo momento,

El estacionamiento esta muy reducido

La amabilidad del personal y el desayuno, estaba muy rico.

Apenas salía agua del retrete y del lavabo. También la ducha dio algo de problemas
