Arrived late at the property around 7:30 PM and despite multiple attempts by text messaging and calling the phone number including the on-call person I was unable to reach anyone and was unable to check in. Ended up booking a different hotel (and therefore paying twice for this one night stay )Requests to refund the amount paid were not answered. Ended up paying for a stay that we did not even use because we were unable to access the property. If I could give less than zero stars I would. This is a scam and everyone should be aware. It would be far better to Pay more to stay at an actual hotel with a concierge/front desk where you can collect your keys. They are stated rate for one night was $200 which is on par for off season at with an Average hotel in Aspen for the dates that I booked. Bottom line is avoid these scam artists ! I am also disappointed with the lack of support that I received from Booking.com on this issue. Will definitely be booking directly from hotel rather than going through them next time.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and welcoming.

This is on the bottom floor. Some background noise with people in the hot tub and it never felt private with people walking in the backyard. Made it hard to open windows or doors to cool things off.
