"Overall, it was great."

It was easy to get to, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The person checking me in had the personality of a brick wall. I would think maybe a little smile, at least, as your customers are checking in would go a long way. I was trying to tell her something about the reservation, and she was either hard of hearing or just didn’t care. Other than that one person, the rest of the stay was very good.

Was GREAT! The variety.

The night staff could have been more helpful. When I went down and asked questions, she answered but always made the comment "as the sign says". After driving all day, I did not want to stand around reading the posted sign.
