Great place to stay just few minutes walk from train station and town but booking in good be made easier as had to wait on someone arriving to let me in and also get room ready but all in all very good

No road noise as was nightshift

Being asked for a deposit that was not mentioned upfront and they refused to take a card payment for that so I had to go out and find a cashpoint after 22⁰⁰ in an unfamiliar neighbourhood. The following morning they refugee to give me my £20 deposit because my friend that was king enough to give me a lifte overstayed by a couple of minutes and in the morning when she cane to pick me up she blew her nose and because there was no bin in the room she went to discard the tissue in the bathroom this was classed as using the facilities,enough to warrant withholding my deposit.

There is not a private bathroom! There is a communal bathroom, you have to walk through 2 rooms where other people are sitting ! It should not be advertising a private bathroom! Also it reads like there is private parking, but it’s just roadside parking! It’s false advertising! I would not have booked it if I had known there wasn’t a private bathroom.

On the face of it, it looked good and clean..

I booked a on suite room, but was told because they had a leak it was not available..I was. Told I would be the only person staying in the house, but durring the evening number of odd people people were letting themselves in.. But worse of all the hole of the ceiling crashed down with water everywhere. I had to get out the house was not safe .this was 1.30am.I rang the land lord.and got a reply at 7am saying they would give me a refund. Which zI have not received. NOT HAPPY.

Nothing, they are not honest people. And this was not even the room we booked

When we arrived we were shown the accommodation that we had booked it had a water leak and the ceiling had fallen through. But that had not been communicated to us. Just in case we wanted a refund, and they never inquired if we wanted to book somewhere else. 2. We were told that alternative accommodation had been booked for us in another house. 3. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, as if the last occupant smoked in the room, but we did not make a fuss about it. 4. The next morning, the heating and hot water was not working. We called to ask, and someone was sent to check who was very rude and insisting that the room was warm when it was freezing. 5. When you flushed the toilet or used the shower ther was a very loud noise. This apparently became an urgent problem the day before we were supposed to cjeck out. And someone wanted ro access our room. The person was also very rude, telling us that we had passed our checkout time, and yet we were checking out the following day.. We work nights and had expressed that we did not want to be disturbed, but we kept on getting knocks on our door.

I didn't stay in this room it's because this property so disgusting ,and roof leaking, toilet is leaking, I want refund my money I already talked about this Ur costumer service didn't get any response

No breakfast breakfast did not need any I enjoyed my stay

No TV in the bedroom
