This property is close to airport - just 20 minutes. The Host Mr. Fahid did great hospitality. Rooms were clean, posh and didn't have any issues. Nice backyard garden. Overall value for money.

The place was amazing. And had calm vibes. The interior of the apartment was really very lavish. The host of the property was very supportive and helpful through out the stay. And helped us a lot with all the tip itnenarary.

Our stay was truly exceptional, offering supreme comfort. The location couldn't have been better, with close proximity to Dal Lake and the main market, as well as convenient access to the airport. Our host was absolutely wonderful, attentively catering to our every need and providing us with a delightful culinary and overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation for a stay and will definitely visit again.

"Good place for a homestay"

The proximity to the airport and town makes it perfect.You can commute to Gulmarg & Pahalmag for a day trip and don't have to book stays there if they are expensive...1bhk apartment is Spacious and equipped well and will be perfect for a couple .The host Fahad stays with his family in the same property and is extremely helpful ,well mannered and educated and will guide you appropriately if you are new to Kashmir. He can arrange transportation also at very comfortable rates.We felt at ease and at home and made the most of of our time though it was a short two day stay...

"Superb"

Host Fahad is amazing, he will take care of your needs. The rooms are neat and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and big in size. Loved the firm beds too.
