Many thanks to Daniele for his exceptional welcome! He took care of us down to the last detail and really spoiled us with a delicious breakfast. An unforgettable stay that we'll always remember. Highly recommended!

The rooms are beautifully neutral and tastefully decorated in a modern yet comfortable style, highlighting the architecture and with the building itself renovated to a high standard. Bathroom well stocked, mattress comfortable, good hanging space for clothes. Really, everything very well thought through. Daniele is a fantastic host, organising parking and such, welcoming, and the breakfast is something else, including his own salumi, his mother's delicious sweet tartlets and so much more from the local area.

The doors maybe a little thin so corridor noise can be an issue, but honestly it wasn't enough to impact our stay.

From the moment we arrived, Daniele mad us feel like family, He even offered to drive with me to find the best parking nearby. The B&B is in a great location, very quiet but only a few mins walk from the town centre. The rooms, which are built around (not within!) one of Ascoli's ancient towers - are newly refurbished, stylish and very well fitted out. The breakfast (which came included) was simple yet utterly delicious, with homemade cakes and bread made by Daniele's family, and even fresh tomatoes from his garden. His recommendations for restaurants and things to do off the beaten path were also spot on. All in all, a fantastic stay in this beautiful city with a great host to show us the way.
