The apartment was exactly as described. All the amenities were provided, and housekeeping was spot on. Kate was very helpful whenever we needed anything and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone staying in Nairobi.

We arrived early in the morning, and checked in early because we booked our stays from the previous night. We really wanted to rest, but the lady came to our room to get paid while we were sleeping. She rang the bell three times and we barely slept. It was no worth paying for one extra night. Also, the lady entered our room during our stay without permission. That's what we really didn't wish. Very good accomodation, so this should be improved. We wanted to stay here for another week, but ended up cancelling it. We understand it's our fault that we didn't prepare money beforehand. However, we didn't know what time the person would come to get payment, so we were planning to withdraw cash after taking some rest. I wanted the owner to let us know the time because we sent some messages in advance. It was really disappointing.
