GBVery clean and comfortable
You had to step into the bath to start the shower but the bath never had a non slip mat or grab handle. We never used it because of this, both of us being unsteady on our feet. It wasn't a problem for us as we only stayed two nights but any longer it would have been. The bed was a bit soft for us but that is only personal preference, an extra pillow would have been nice, I'm sure we could have asked for one but we managed.

No TV or kettle
GBI was made to feel very welcome from the moment I first knocked on the door (the cup of coffee was a lifesaver) and that led to a calmness of spirit which enfolded my stay. The room and adjacent bathroom are simple, comfortable and, above all, immaculately clean. There are more than sufficient storage and clothes hanging facilities and the view from the windows is intriguing; during my stay it was characterised by misty hillsides and one glorious sunset.
I loved the mood lighting from the bedside cabinets, but I would have liked something a little brighter to read by once darkness has fallen. "Turn on the big light, then!" I can hear people say. I'm not really a fan of big lights...
GBThis is in an ideal location for me. The room is always clean and smells beautiful. The bed is so comfortable and the shower is amazing. Stayed here multiple times, the host is always lovely. Great place to stay.
