The location, the room, easy access to the mall which has complete services and tenants (Kemang style)

Direction to find the apartment lobby, actually it just missed one clue of the roundabout, first exit, and then going up on the left (which is already on the clue for this one) -> it was becoming "race around the world" experience. There's no free parking, however it is still covered by the rate differences. Wifi shall be improved, especially for the bed room next to the entrance door. Furniture can be improved

apartment is right above the mall. pool and gym looks nice but we didnt use them. there is a mall access which is somewhat efficient. check in was easy. instructions for house rules/check in/check out was clear and easy. host provided 2 keys. unit was clean and cozy

no free parking, had to park with people going to the mall. living room ac was leaking. single bed room had a weird smell. one of the keys could only be used from the inside but not from the outside of the apartment. security at the lobby was not helpful with info of mall/parking/apartment access (we had to find it ourselves. even with the mall access, it wasnt accessible to use the hypermart cart up the unit since we couldnt find a direct access from hypermart floor to the apartment.
