MYMYMYMYMYMYLocation, location, location. Right at the mall, easy access to the Lagoon. Nicely decorated and clean. Balcony. Towels, water provided.
Slightly confusing way to get the keys (I've done many such stays but it wasn't clear initially that there were two sets of mailboxes). Perhaps a drawn map would help instead of just videos and pictures. I thought it would be nice to sleep with the balcony doors open but there's quite a lot of traffic noise - no problem if the door is closed though

This is basically student accommodation. A one towel per person policy. I had to justify why I needed an additional towel to wash my hair. Surprised, given the towels were old and worn. The bathroom shower was so high it missed. The bathtub felt like it would collapse. Brush with hair in the complimentary toiletries cabinet, bed was short and hard, and the pillows were old. Broken window latches and marks on walls. Took these photos due to strict house rules about prices for damage. The first apartment was completely different from the photos. We asked for the room shown, and we were moved. However, the bed was short and hard. The bathroom is old and dated but a bit cleaner. The safe in both rooms wasn't working.
