Das Haus ist wirklich schön, grosszügig und sehr komfortabel. Es ist im typisch marokkanischem Stil eingerichtet und dadurch sehr authentisch. Liegt direkt am See, mit direktem Seezugang. Daneben hat es einen beheizten Indoor Pool sowie einen Aussenpool. Es hat auch Grünflächen wo die Kinder spielen können. Auch die vielen Rückzugsmöglichekeiten müssen erwähnt werden: Auf dem Dach, neben dem Pool, Grillplatz zum zubereiten der typischen "Tajine" oder eine Art Turm neben dem Pool. Wir waren im April und es war doch etwas kühl draussen, jedoch verfügt die Unterkunft über Klimatisierung (Heizung und Kühlung). Obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren (wegen Renovationen) und (leider) nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben, wurde der Indoor Pool für uns aufgeheizt. Das Frühstück wurde ins Apartment gebracht. Beim Nachbarn gibt es Pfaue (!) die man vom Balkon aus beobachten kann.

Eigentlich gar nichts. Nach der Renovation werden die Apartments wohl noch schöner. Wir waren im April 2026 dort.

La gentillesse du personnel, très à l'écoute. La qualité du repas proposé: vraiment très bon. Un des meilleurs tajine de notre circuit marocain! La beauté du site, le calme et le surclassement lié à des petits travaux. Le plaisir après un long trajet de bénéficier d'une piscine chauffée.. et apparemment bientôt de kayacs et quads pour profiter du lac et de ses alentours.

Prachtige locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht zelfs vanuit je bed😍 Erg groot appartement met mooie badkamers. Zahra (aardige en lieve dame) heeft ons ontvangen en een lekker diner gemaakt. Vriendelijke en snel contact per app. Upgrade is nodig, maar daar zijn ze druk mee bezig.

The property is perfectly located by the lake and has an amazing outside setup (swimming pool, whirlpool, rooftop patio, lake access). The staff is great, they even prepared us dinner for a very reasonable price since nothing in town was open.

The property unfortunately was not ready for the season yet. Whirlpool was not heated and not turned on. The indoor swimming pool was open but a bit murky. Be aware that the sauna AND the indoor swimming pool are extra charges, not included in your stay.

We stayed as a family of three (with a teenager) from April 3rd to 6th. The location by the lake is stunning, and we loved the view. Zara was exceptionally helpful and also organized our activities, including quad biking, a camel ride, and dinner in the Agafay Desert, which were highlights for all of us. The woman who cooked prepared amazing fresh bread and delicious local meals for us every day. The pool and terrace area was really nice. Since we were the only guests on the second floor, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves!

There was renovation work on the first floor, which was noisy and dusty at times. Also, the swimming pool was still too cold to use in early April. During the weekend, we found that all the nearby restaurants were fully booked. There wasn't much to do around.
