Days Inn by Wyndham Bad Axe

This stay will not be up to what most people will think of acceptable from a chain motel. Communication from the staff is horrible and the room I stayed in was far from acceptable for the price.

The mattress springs were sticking out. Didnt get much sleep. When i mentioned it to the owner she said" oh my" and laughed.

This hotel has new owners and they are in the process of renovating many of the rooms. There is also road construction going on limiting how you can get to the motel. The restaurant and bar are not open very late and my guess is do to the problems getting to the facility. Hopefully once the road construction is done and the room renovations are complete I can give a better review.

For sleep if you don't have another choice we'll, but is very old the walls and carpets with stains, said have breakfast and was only small donuts it's in a bag and black coffee. No milk or tea

The construction was a pain. But overall it was decent for the 2 nights that we stayed. The room was huge. Definitely could use a bigger TV for the size room.

Hotel was very dingy looking and overall felt like you were couch surfing somewhere. Bathroom had a dirty shower curtain hanging in it. Towels were old and starchy. Blankets were also old and beds were uncomfortable. We literally left in the middle of the night to go home because we were not comfortable sleeping there. Would not recommend unless it was absolutely necessary, and even then I would recommend just not going at all.
