"Very disappointing"

They didn't precise the location clearly, I even had to call the police help to guide me at 1 am in the morning to know the location as the owners didn't answer my calls for 2 hours. And after finding the location, I found that they sent me the wrong code. After 2 hours in the cold outside, the answered me apologising that they sent me an automated msg for check-in instructions and the code was wrong. Entering the property finding a broken bed, no heaters working as usually in most of uk properties recently..
