Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna, blisko do Sassi, w zasadzie nie da się być dużo bliżej, jeśli uwzględnić miejscówki posiadające własne miejsce parkingowe. Miejsce parkingowe wydzielone, za szlabanem, pod budynkiem. Okolica bezpieczna. Otrzymaliśmy szczegółowe instrukcje dotyczące kluczy itp. Możliwość przyjazdu w późniejszych godzinach. Mieszkanie na pierwszym piętrze wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne, bardzo przestronne i wygodne. Śniadanie typowo włoskie, czyli paczuszki rogalików, sucharki i dżemiki, trzeba się przyzwyczaić:) Matera również bardzo ładna. Polecam!
