Debe de modificar los horarios en los que dice que admite el chek-in, ya que pagamos un día entero prácticamente para dormir por qué según página admite llegadas hasta las 00,00 y llegabamos un poco antes pero se retrasó el vuelo y todo fueron pegas para poder entrar si no llega a ser por qué dejó a otra persona a cargo de dejarnos las llaves... Hemos estado 6 días con dos rollos de papel, un trapo de cocina y una toalla de baño por persona. El alojamiento está bien ubicado, pero el trato y los enseres del apartamento dejan que desear

Location is good.

Towels are not changed for 7 days, which is not hygienic. When we asked them after 5 days to replace the towels, they said that it was not included in the price and that we had to pay extra. I have traveled all over the world, but I have never experienced this in my life. The apartment does not have a terrace but only one small window and the towels could not be dried, they were constantly wet, so they needed to provide at least 2 bath towels per person. This was really unhygienic and unacceptable. On the penultimate day, when we returned from the beach, we noticed that the doors were unlocked. The cleaning people entered our apartment unannounced and did not lock the door. During the trip, we noticed that we were missing €80, which means that anyone could have entered the apartment and taken our things, passports and money. It is inadmissible to enter our apartment without someone notifying us and at the same time leaving the door unlocked so that anyone can enter and rummage through our belongings and take them from us. We are not saying that any of them took our things. We're just saying that it could have been done by anyone living in the building or passing by because the door was unlocked. Disappointing. This has never happened to us before. It is recommended that if you stay here, you take all your belongings with you everywhere.

It was exactly as pictured - Very comfortable and had everything we needed - Amazing value for money compared to everywhere else in lanzarote. Good communication, would definitely stay again! Thankyou
