The location of the apartment was great. The host was excellent and helpful. We lost our apartment keys, and the host was there with the new keys within half an hour in the evening!..really appreciated that

Everything was great! The host was absolutely amazing and soooo helpful I could not believe it- a massive thank you! The property was in a fantastic condition and the bed and pillows were so comfy that I asked Carlos to send me a link to them so I can get the same for home (we were about to change the mattress anyways)! The flat itself is not too bright but it has plenty of lighting so you can choose something depending on your mood. There was Netflix available, which is great when you travel with a small child, and there is a playground just outside the flat so the location is perfect if you stay there with kids. I think the fact that you could be in constant contact with the host who was really responsive and accommodating made the whole experience just great. Thank you again!
