I had a good experience renting this apartament.Great communication with the host Neda.Place is equiped with everything you need ,clean,comfortable and cozy.It has a balcony with nice wiev to the sea.I would book it again .Thank you Neda.

No breakfast included upon our stay. Location is okay.

I wish I could send photos of everything we didn't like to validate our reason. Here are the issues we encountered: 1. When it rained, water came inside the room through the closed windows. 2. The bed sheets were not cleaned, making them very itchy on the skin. 3. In the kitchen, we found an old and used sponge provided. 4. In the bathroom: - The heater was broken and could not be fixed when we asked. - The exhaust fan was dirty and not cleaned. - The bathroom floor was so slippery because it was not properly cleaned.

The view was incredible, waking up and watching the sunrise over the sea every morning gives a great start to every day. Nena was a terrific host, attentive and supportive whenever we needed help and very professional, warm and friendly throughout. The room was spacious enough and nicely decorated, the air con worked well, which was something very important to me being from a much colder climate and needing a break from the Filipino heat after being outside all day. The bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained, shower was comfortable and the washer/dryer combo was very efficient. The countertop stove was a nice touch too and plenty of storage space in the cupboards. The resort was beautiful, the staff and guards in the tower block weere great and there was no shortage of things to do. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay and when I return to the Phillipines I'll be booking here again.

It was a little noisy from the balcony, but that's just a Phillipines thing I think, can't really do much about that, it wasn't disruptive and still very relaxing especially early mornings and late evenings - with the balcony doors closed the room was almost silent so our stay was incredibly peaceful.

The property was clean and well equipped with good WiFi

When booking all the information on booking.com was for the hotel which is separate and the property is not part of the hotel, it is just built within the hotel grounds, so it is incorrectly advertised . We booked the accommodation 6 months prior to arrival however It was only on the day of arrival we were advised that all the facilities listed for the property were not part of the property and we would have to pay a daily fee of 800p pp, but when went to the hotel reception we were told it was 2,000p pp. if we were aware of this beforehand we would have just booked the Tambuli resort and spa as this is not an apart hotel as it leads you to believe. The apartment is a studio in European terms not a 1 bedroom, the bed is a small double with a firm mattress. Unfortunately due to the quality of sleep and misinformation we did not stay for the full duration of our booking.

fun, quiet, exciting,clean.

stayed another night,we had to go to town to buy are own water, 1/2 role t.p. door lock alittle funny, sink faucet barely works, no coffee, clock on wall doesn't work, power went out in building for 6 hours, other then that perfect stay, mngr. helpful always answers.
