Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat mit unser Gepäck auch geholfen. Er konnte zwar nur Italienisch, aber mit google Übersetzer klappte alles sehr gut!

Not as described. This property is NOT beachfront. After you have gone down the 50 odd steps to the ground who have to cross a road then walk down many more steps which brings you to a rocky shore. There is no beach here.. Yes there is a sea view from the balcony, but only if you stand up.. Host was late to meet us.. Booking.com says property description is accurate. It isn't

3 beautiful, separate areas for sunning/relaxing! An amazingly equipped kitchen. Good open space and a large table for puzzling. Awesome location in historic part of town. The owners were very helpful with tips on restaurants. They were also very responsive with repairs.

The bed was not flat; it rolled us toward the center.

Really good location just out of the main town but 5 mins walkable, right by the sea with the waves crashing, dropping you off to sleep, 3 good outside areas - nice veranda overlooking sea from main room , outside dining space and a higher up area with jacuzzi. Yes there are a lot of steps to get to it but that gives you the great views, yes it is older in decor but it's an old traditional Sicilian house inside with traditional old kitchen so what you would expect - I like that sort of thing. The pictures in the advert are accurate.

Maybe an updated shower area.

Good location on the less touristy side of town although a hike up four sets of stairs and the photos suggest much clearer views to the sea than is the case. Also the sun was a bit of an issue as it sits right under the massive rock.

Quite tired in decor. It felt like someone’s old holiday home in need of some love and modernisation.

Location excellent in the centro historico, lovely views from the upper terrace & also has a hot tub. 2 other terraces also. Large kitchen/living space. Overall a lovely apartment.

Bedroom a bit small & lacks a wardrobe. Only has a hanging rail which is high up & of limited use. (Pictures on Booking accurate). Would benefit from a mobile hanging rail in the living space. Wifi coverage could be better particularly when outside on the terraces. Tiled counter is rustic but not easy to clean. There is a staircase of 50+ steps up to the apartment - did not bother us at all but should be stipulated so people are aware.

The help from the host was excellent, and the location perfect. Lovely sea view from the balcony and terrace and the apartment was very spacious

The hot tub seemed to be permanently cold but as a it was over 30 degrees for the duration of our stay this wasn’t too much of an issue
