Luana Airport Apartments #9

Everything is dirty, the apartment smells bad, the walls are paper thin and you can hear the other guests talking, the location is atrocious (hard to reach, noisy). The air conditioning unit is installed right next to the bed which means you either don't use it at all or you get air blown in your face the whole night AND the room illuminated with blue light from the temperature indicator.

They give me another room than the one I paid for telling me the toilet doesn’t work in that room but 10 minutes later I could hear them talking to the phone offering the room I booked to someone else

Very little toilet paper and no shower gel offered

Easy access, quiet.

On booking is written that them have coffee-maker, which is no where to be found. 2 persona booked the apartment but the toilet tree was prepared only for one person.

Good and helpful host. Everything was arranged so it was nice.

There was a slight smell because the windows were closed, after a while it was gone.

Pleasant host, provided with all needed information. Big studio room, convenient for family with 1-2 kids.

Not enough cutlery (especially knife should be sharp)

Was cold inside no heating working proper some lights won’t working The roof was broken in the bathroom
