The Old Pantry at Hill Farm

This stay was delightful. The venue was charming so clean and everything at your finger tips. Hosts very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area.

Nothing not to like

This property is set in beautiful countryside on a working farm - there is also the added bonus of a farm shop on site. The Old Pantry is connected to the farmhouse and has been remodelled to a very high standard. The accommodation is well equipped and the hosts are really lovely and helpful. It was exceptionally clean, and there was lovely white bedding - always a bonus in my opinion! Lovely walks through the countryside and the separate enclosed garden makes it ideal if you have a dog :-)

The only constructive bit of criticism is that the property lacks somewhere to sit comfortably and relax of an evening which is ok if you’re comfy watching the TV in bed I suppose - I’m not sure if the furniture could be reconfigured somehow to allow for a small two seater sofa or two easy chairs?

Beautifully presented, clean and thoughtfully decorated surrounded by lovely countryside and well maintained and very pretty farm. Paul and Daniel were very attentive too ensuring our stay was to our satisfaction xx

Perhaps just a little small and cosy but this was expected from the pictures x this was fine for a few days break away x

Well appointed cosy space that was immaculately clean .It’s setting on a farm with fowl in the paddocks looking across Shropshire /Welsh rolling countryside was delightful .The hosts are friendly and very helpful and their little farm shop is stocked with delicious locally produced goodies .

The property was immaculately cleaned. The facilities were good. Complementary eggs and jam were a nice touch The owners were very attentive throughout the stay

The bed is a wooden bed that was very noisy if somebody in the bed moved whilst sleeping. If you are a light sleeper this could potentially wake you up during the night.
