The breakfast buffet was beautiful and varied every day. The croissants and orange cake were my favorites. Each staff member we met was friendly and helpful. There are two metro stops nearby and one is the red line which has an airport stop. We would definitely stay again.
Wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel! Wish I was there longer. Ritu and everyone was so kind, warm, and helpful. I felt very welcomed. Will definitely come back here when I come to Lisbon.
GBOutstanding small hotel. £5 taxi journey from airport. Tastefully renovated stunning hotel. Very well appointed bathroom. Beautiful communal areas. Near a busy road however, our room was at the rear of the building so noise was not an issue. Pool in shade most of day so a little cold. The surrounding garden nicely maintained. Excellent breakfast, different every day. Service impeccable. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool/garden and was perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff lovely and very attentive, giving great tips of the area and centre. We highly recommend.

Wij zijn gewend dat bij dit soort hotels het zwembad wat meer privacy heeft. Het ligt vrij “open” in de tuin . Verder alleen in de ochtend zon.
NLThe hotel is located in an old beautiful building between the airport and downtown Lissabon. With only a limited amount of rooms, the hotel is very tranquil and peaceful. The room we had was one of kind and gave us the feeling we were guests at a palace in stead of a hotel. But this was not all, because what really stood out was the staff! Unfortunately it is very rare nowadays that you are treated so nice and friendly. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and made you feel at ease and at home at this beautiful hotel! A real recommendation and worth every euro! Next time we are in Lissabon we will definitely stay there again.

USStaff were extremely kind and helpful
We stayed in the annex where construction was occurring next door which we were not informed of at booking. Noisy and disruptive in morning hours. Also there were live wires on the coffee cabinet shelf in our room which unfortunately my husband was shocked by which could have resulted in severe injury. It was reported and shown to the hotel but never received an apology or adjustment. Hopefully this is taken care of before other guests occupy room.
