Authentic ATX with Pool & Fenced Yard 4 Min to Capitol, ACL, F1 & UT Football

The location was great, 10 minutes to downtown and near restaurants.

The house is neglected. The plants are dead outside. The house was not that clean, hair in the bathtub drain. Crumbs in the kitchen, corn flakes on the floor. Smears of an unknown substance on the bedroom walls. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The decorations and furniture were random and cluttered.

Great location. Comfy space.

Some pans could do with renewing. Not keen on reminders to give ‘excellent’ reviews. Cupboard door was faulty.

Communication with the host was great. Price-value was good. Beds were small but this was advertised in advance, however still comfortable.

Pool was underwhelming for something that's called a pool home, the water was very warm and it was less tall than expected. Bedrooms were quite small, and no night stands or power outlets by the bed.

All the include amenities . The great hospitality.

The location and homes general appearance were fantastic I was happy to extend our stay to a 3rd night, all the necessary things were available to make this a comfortable stay. Communication between the property owner and myself seemed just fine.

The door code was wrong when we arrived to the home and the messages sent to me from owners did not show up on booking.com as they should've or Id have seen the updated code so after a bit I spoke with a booking.com agent and was able to get in. After the 2nd day I decided to do a few loads of laundry and even though laundry soap and softener bleach were all provided I did use my own because I'm a lil choosey and the beautiful appliances seemed perfect until dring my 1st load. B4 I began to dry I cleaned the lint screen which looked like mine does after my teenagers would spend the weekend washing laundry, very fluffy n full. About 30min I checked on clothes and nothing was dry still damp I emptied lint screen restarted and a bit later it chimes and stops When I go to switch laundry I see an error code E90 I look this up and it's a vent clogging code so I clean drier vent inside drier as well as I can and continue it displays code again After trying to locate the end of hose from the back of drier and not finding it my husband looks and believes it's coming out of roof I write a note regarding issue I found the manual while cleaning off top of drier(it's a stacked set). I found the page explaining the code and the solution and left my note on the open to page Manuel on counter top checked out as planned waited till someone shows up explain to him the issue/solution and be on my merry way. 2 days past I get a message from booking.com that property is requesting $150 for damages to property from my stay!! Well I declined to pay booking .com favored my decision and so far that's that. I DID MESSAGE OWNER WITH PROB/SOLUTION and again thanked them for our stay but dang it wasn't nice to try n get the money outta me I paid $150 cleaning fee as is. Hope they realize what a simple fix it is and know I did nothing to damage the drier.
