The washer and dryer are ONLY available to long-term guests with stays of a week or longer. Room rates are for up to 6 (six) guests. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately $50 USD per night and no extra beds will be provided. WHY WE ASK FOR A GUEST ID: 1. To verify that the person checking in is actually who they say they are. 2. To protect ourselves against fraud or other illegal activities. 3. To verify the identity of our guests and ensure that they are of legal age to check in. We have a policy of not renting to anyone under 18, unless accompanied by a parent or official guardian. 4. To ensure the safety and security of our guests, such as in the case of emergency evacuations. NOTE: We will never collect information about our guests for marketing purposes.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
