Accommodation is adequate. It's in a good location.

Only really sleeps 2. The sofa bed isnt comfortable enough for longer than a night or two and ppl party in the square in front. It needs a deep clean- dust under beds and windows. Found the "host" who seems to be running a massive operation of 40 flats, really unhelpful and frankly a bit rude. Whole thing felt very impersonal and bit rough. Didn't reply to any messages sent, didn't leave physical keys and when we called was like whatver just use the electronic ones...(hadnt told is wed have no keys) all mesaages seemed automated and didnt reply to anything in booking or via text so we had no internet for the whole stay! Icing on the cake - on the last day as we were packing up at 10am (checkout is 11)some ppl from a gas company requested to come in!!! The host hadn't let us know and we were in the middle of showers etc. Then asked us to let them in almost as a favour! What?!?! NO! Put a very bad taste to the whole stay - which had been mediocre...but after that I wouldnt recommend vibes coruña if you can stay anywhere else. I Won't repeat.

The location was just perfect for what we wanted, centre of town within walking distance of almost everywhere, even for an old couple. Located in a small square, nice and quiet and close to 2/3 other squares with a few bars and restaurants, also easy access for buses, taxis and pharmacy (if required). Short walk to the main beach and within easy access to other beaches in the city. The property also has 2 terraces, 1 internal (covered) and 1 external (with artificial turf), we used the internal one for our siesta time as the weather was not really suitable for the external one.

The kitchen and bathroom were not as clean as they should have been- along the sink worktop there's a small ledge which was very greasy and dusty. The tiled area in the bathroom/shower were dirty. The shower was not the most modern and it has little power, as the water heater in on the other side of the house and by the time the hot water reaches the shower it has lost power. We also had a problem with the bathroom door locking itself and needed to get a handyman to fix it.
