"Location good but electricity issue"

Large and in good location, parking out the front, nice tiled floors.

Electricity went off twice and could do with some new paint and cleaning. Also remove broken rocker and update furniture.

"Spacious and elegant, with all details considered"

The apartment is high ceiling, well equipped and spotless. Excellent bed. It's perfectly situated at the foot of Santuario Madonna delle Grazie, 10-minutes easy walk from the train station and beautiful Modica Bassa center. We enjoyed the terrace drink even on a wet December evening. Luisa is very attentive: allowed early check-in, provided excellent check-in instructions, and welcome us with mandarins and water (in addition to continental breakfast). We had a great vacation in amazing Modica.

If you're very noise sensitive, you may hear rare morning cars passing Viale Medaglie D'Oro. We slept very well.
