The apartment is located in a perfect spot in Riva. Supermarkets etc are nearby and it is only a few minutes walk to the historic city center. The view from the balcony is fantastic! You can see the lake and several attractions of Riva. The kitchen itself is very new and of high quality. The service provided by Happy Rentals has been very friendly and they solved any issue very quickly.

The kitchen itself is very high quality, but sparsely equipped. For example, there were only two coffee cups, a single sharp knife and no cereal bowls. The mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom is modern but the shower drain was very prone to clogging. For us as a family with a small child, the apartment was unfavorable as there were many dangerous spots and you cannot see the living room from the kitchen. The balcony railing is particularly dangerous as the bars are so far apart in some places that a crawling baby could fit through. The building is right next to a river, which is beautiful but noisy. In addition, a dog lives directly below the balcony, which sleeps outside and barks. If you want to sit on the balcony a lot or sleep with the window open, this can be disturbing.
