Property is located in the very interior of Doddaballapura, its very peaceful without any noise. The villa was very well built and we loved the floor plan of it. Definitely pet friendly, have gates and locks for the pets to roam around freely around the villa & the property. It was a huge villa, could even accomodate about 15ppl as well. Every area was very spacious and swimming pool was another plus point. Kitchen was also really good with well fridge, microwave, stove & all utensils provided.

It is definitely on the higher side of the budget, could have been 12k including taxes wherein we paid 20k with taxes. Though villa was built well, needs some maintenance like seepage issue in some areas and paints chipping off. The entire time we were there, power kept fluctuating. Could not use microwave and fridge. The main drawback was there were no hotels near by. We had to go about 11kms to bring in food. There were 2 numbers provided to us by the property management team - one for dominos and one for a veg Multimate restaurant but the restaurant’s number was not working and we could not have had pizza 3times a day. When checked with my POC, he said he had no idea and asked to check with the care taker and he also wasn’t of any help. I someone found the hotel’s number on google and they said they don’t deliver to this villa at all. So more than the stay, I was on road going out for food thrice a day. The property management team should be replaced I think, they were of no help at all. Only other way is to bring in groceries and cook ourselves but one doesn’t prefer to do that when you are on vacation. At least the management should make some other arrangement for this, either hiring a cook or ask the caretaker to bring in the food because this is a major concern. And also there were no a/c, though it was good climate during our stays, could get hot during summers.
