"Staff was very friendly and accommodating but the place needs an overall gut and remodel."

Location.

Cigarette and pot smell filled corridors. Thin walls (you could hear every thing happening in adjacent rooms). The section I was in had people who are long term stay because they were up all night yelling and tv full blast (they also stated it) Cold water spigot broken in room sink. Shower faucet broken. Towels stained and dirty. Roach crawled on me at night. Floor of room was dirty.

"The front desk clerk Sam was AWESOME!! He was friendly and did everything he could to cater to our needs."

It was per friendly the location was great. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

It appeared to be in repair. The hit tub bubbles did not work.
