Rooms were clean enough

No hot water. When we called the front desk we got put on hold for 30 minutes. Then my husband went down in person and the front desk person was on his phone with headphones on. Very rude and disrespectful.

Missing outlet covers, missing bathroom fan, unfinished Sheetrock in room and hallway and stairwell, damaged furniture, TV had a line down the center, shower pan to shallow for curtain soaking the floor, hallway carpet worn out, seemed like it was being used as a homeless shelter.
