Very little. Doors need adjusting, no outside lights make it difficult to walk at night

Doors in several rooms were difficult to open, the handles had to be pulled down very hard, difficult for children. lack of dressing table with plug nearby in master room.

Location is really wonderful. A beautiful area and lovely local businesses. A great place to explore local beaches and towns. The house is spacious with plenty of space for all guests to feel comfortable.

Location, clean and airy

I stayed at the property six years ago, and the view of Blakeney harbour from the master bedroom was outstanding, however, now the only view is an overgrown hedge. The outside area is very overgrown and untidy and the windows are filthy. It really does let the property down.

Cooker quite difficult to fathom out how to use.

Beautiful house in a great location. Kitchen was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Master bedroom is like a suite! The other two bedrooms are sufficient although much smaller. Parking for 2 cars is a godsend as parking in Blakeney is notoriously difficult! Stones throw from the harbour, local pubs and restaurants.

The rug in the lounge was quite stained and needs replacing. The sofa is also stained and could do with a clean. The mirrors in the bedrooms are poorly sited; in one room it is so high on the wall it's unusable for anyone of normal height, there is no mirror near a plug in the (very) beautiful main bedroom and the one in the second room is tiny. These are very small niggles, easily fixed because overall this is a beautiful house which we would recommend.

Great location

No outside lights working which at this time of year is not great and makes getting in and around the house dangerous. There were no lights inside or out left on for our arrival even though we informed them that we would be arriving at night. The upstairs floor boards made a terrible noise which meant that we anyone was moving around the rest of the house was awoken by the noise.
