Sand Gem - Beach Apartments

Location was perfect - it was so nice and peaceful and the services were so personalized, we felt very well taken care of! The staff made us feel like family and the breakfast food was amazing.

Amazing view from the room and the breakfast was also excellent. Apartment and Jacuzzi were super clean. The location is perfect and the hotel has a private space on the beach. It's a family owned business and they are good people. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay for a family of 6 in two rooms. Great value. Large breakfast. Direct access to the beach was very private and awesome. Small market owned by the same family had everything we needed for our 3 day stay.

Adorámos tudo: localização excelente, mesmo em frente à praia; alojamento bem decorado, limpo com todo o necessário. A família do Spiros é muito atenciosa e sempre pronta a ajudar. O pequeno almoço é muito bom, copioso e feito com carinho.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à cet hôtel ! La chambre avec jacuzzi était vraiment super, un vrai luxe ! De plus, la plage privée de l'hôtel est parfaite pour se détendre. Et pour couronner le tout, il y a un market juste en dessous de l'hôtel, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour les petites courses.Spiros et sa famille sont vraiment super sympas et aux petits soins. Ils sont toujours là pour t'aider et te donner de bons conseils sur les activités et les restaurants à proximité. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, entouré de restaurants et à proximité d'un arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Fira et Oia. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour inoubliable à Santorin Merci pour tout

Les équipements sont très bons, et l’appartement est comme neuf. De plus, vous disposez d’une plage privée, et la mer et à 100m grand maximum. Le personnel est composé d’une petite famille, et tout le monde est vraiment très très gentils et attentionnés. Les petits déjeuner sont très bons, et très copieux ! La localisation est idéale pour les personnes souhaitant rester au calme loin de l’agitation et de la foule d’Oia par exemple.

Si point noir je dois trouver, peut être la proximité immédiate d’une petite route de front de mer (voiture et piétons) qui passe juste en dessous le jacuzzi. Les portes d’entrées, sont un peu bruyantes.

Spiros and his family provided us with amazing comfortable service. They were really kind and genuinely helpful in all aspects. Breakfast was always fresh and really good. They had good contacts in terms of activities and sight seeing and that was really helpful. They suggested a semi private fishing tour ( Flora Fishing tours ) with Antonio and family and the experience was wonderful especially for our 5 year old son. The location was fantastic.. Santorini is not known for beaches but across the island the best you can get is in front of sand gem. The jacuzzi was always clean and perfect and the view was as expected overlooking the shore. Ample options in terms.of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within few hundred metres. The stay made our trip memorable.

Everything was really good. As an improvement may be they can have bit more variety with the breakfast main course simply because we stayed for many days but what they had was really filling and tasty.

Family run apartment hotel, Spiros the young guy gave all info what we needed. Recommendations, transfer service, any help you need, all family is there for you. His dad prepared our brekkie, bread , eggs, yogurt, fruits.. plenty of food 😄 Room was big, nicely done and spotless everyday. Patio is semi private (beach road next to apartment), my only issue was that; sun is shining to hot tub around ~7-16, but not in bed at all. You can always go to the beach 😊 Good location, restaurants and mini markets nearby. Bus stop is 1min walking distance. Friendly and welcoming apartment, feels like home!

Beach road can be busy (and noisy) during daytime so many people can watch to your patio while you are into your hot tube & ”sunbed”.
