Location is walking distance to terminal 3 via Manila runway and near malls and restaurants. Moreover, the room is comfortable and clean with complete amenities like laundry machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc

Location is great, just a 7-minute walk from NAIA T3. Check in and check out are completely hassle-free, and there is a great contact with the owner/manager through texting platforms. As a pro, there is almost unlimited supply of fresh water in the apartment, which isn't common in Philippines.

The windows aren't airtight and the apartment is near the skyline road, so it can get quite noisy during the night – we had some problems with sleeping because of that.

When we arrived at midnight, we were informed the room was overbooked, so we had to find another place ourselves in the middle of the night... very unprofessional.

À notre grande surprise, la piscine était en maintenance à notre arrivée, elle était vide. Un document dans le hall indique qu’elle sera indisponible jusqu’au 30/06/2026, voire plus si nécessaire. L’enregistrement a été très long, sur un écran tactile à l’accueil, puis il faut encore attendre qu’une personne vous accompagne jusqu’à la chambre. Nous étions trois, et il manquait du linge de lit pour notre fils. Après plusieurs réclamations, nous avons finalement obtenu le nécessaire. Le logement est extrêmement bruyant. La porte donnant sur le balcon ne ferme pas correctement et reste entrouverte,on entend en continu des bruits de moteurs, de klaxons, de sifflets de circulation y compris la nuit, à 3h du matin je n’en pouvais plus. Ce problème a déjà été signalé dans d’autres commentaires et la propriétaire dit dans ses réponses qu’elle va régler le problème mais c’est faux. Je ne recommande pas ce logement.

Limpio y a 5 minutos andando del aeropuerto. Perfecto cuando tienes un vuelo a primera hora.

Absolutamente ruidoso. La puerta de la terraza no cerraba bien y no pudimos dormir casi nada por el ruido de la calle. El AC bien, pero hacia mucho ruido también. Una pena porque el precio está muy bien
