Telly's Studio Across NAIA3

Very clean, spacious and organised! The property is close to the NAIA terminal 3 ramp - so a few minutes walk to the airport. Great for an overnight stay! There were toiletries provided and also wifi. Good one for the laundry machine. There were slippers provided. There is a balcony if that’s your thing. If youre taking Grab taxi - the guards will not let you in the building so be prepared to drop at the gate and then carry your bags inside the premises, but only for a short walk. The check in is seamless and the room is keyless with use of numberpad. Kitchen tools and dining sets are also available. There is a beautiful church nearby when you want to attend the service.

Only downside would be the noise from the motorway. It woke me up a couple of times despite my noise cancelling headphones. The room is not soundproof from such and I think that’s just common for many buildings in Manila. Also the blinds for the room is a bit thin and can get easily bright in the early morning. There is no luggage storage so you cant leave your baggage in the building. Bring your own drinking water as the water in the water jug provided is very old.

Nothing, everything was perfect

All been good. Quick service which was comfy for us as we landed quite late. Toilet paper, shower gels , shampoo even hair conditioner was in. Good place to have night after long flight.

A bit noisy at night, would recommend to work out better sound proofing.

The bed was comfy and the unit clean. The ac worked well. The unit felt comfy. Great location near the airport. The water did get nice and hot in the sinks and shower.

The door code didn't work. Just ended up using the keys left in the room so no big deal. The room stank of exhaust and pollution even when running the provided air purifier. I woke up with a head ache because of this. Would have been nice to have the ac and air purifier running for a bit before we arrived. The room definitely needs to be sealed better to prevent exhaust from the outside from getting in. The shower had very low pressure which basically made it useless. The shower curtain is flimsy and trying to take a shower made a mess of the bathroom.

The property is within easy walking distance from the airport.

Wonderful fully-equipped apartment that's a great solution for those with flights to catch, inbound or outbound. Easy walk to airport using Runway Manila skybridge with everything one could possible need nearby. The perfect antidote to a long flight without the hassle of dealing with Manila traffic.

My experience with Telly's studios was quite good. I needed an apartment close to the airport, and this was a right choice! The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. It is well equiped, though it is quite used already. Only problem I had is to understand how the code lock for the door was working.

We’ve stayed here twice. Very spacious and close to the airport (walking distance). The owner has been lovely allowing us to check in early and communicated in a timely manner. Thank you!

It is right next to a main road (heavy traffic) and you can hear it loud and clear. It was alright for me and my partner as we sleep deep in a loud environment 😅
