"Overall, great location as the purpose of our visit was a sports tournament at Parakiore."

Perfect location for our stay.
Responses were inconsistent with replies. For example, I had no response to a text message on the number given prior to our stay. The upstairs visitors and other neighbors were very loud which impacted our sleep on the first night.

Location was great. Very clean and convenient
Just lacked a bit of personality - a few pictures on the bare walls would help. Also some proper coffee - instant doesn't do it for me.

Location was great, it’s new, well presented and in a quiet part of town for no street noise at night.
Unfortunately, no off street parking but if you don’t have a car, it’s a great spot walking distance to most things

Everything Clean n tidy n comfortable Great location to Perfect
Only downside is you hear upstairs Stomp stomp stomp You can hear them toilet,shower and get it on lol Turn the TV up n leave it on while you sleep is my recommendation lol.

Great location.quiet.
The cleaners servicing Christchurch are not too bright.. as yet again, there was a decent chunk of dust on the skirting boards. Honestly..real disservice to the owners of these properties.
