Hut on the Hill Baguio City

Very cozy house with comfortable furnishings and awesome views. Fully equipped kitchen and the honesty pantry was chock full of goodies with reasonable prices. They even had eggs and spices! It was like having your own sari sari store. Transportation was easy. Walk to the end of the driveway and the taxis drive by there constantly. It never took more than three minutes to catch a taxi and we never had a fare that was over 125 pesos.

The only negative aspect was the walk up to the house. Everything else was perfect.

The location was too high

The place was good and very comfortable place to stay. Seven was very accommodating and always responses to all our queries. We will definitely book the place again soon.

It doesn't have microwave, hoping they will provide soon.

The steepness of the road going to the property is a challenge for an individual and even for a car.

The property itself. It was clean, quiet, and with complete kitchen facilities. They even have a mini honesty store. Plus the host is very nice and responsive.

I stayed at A Hut in a Hill in Baguio and absolutely loved every moment of my solo retreat. The house, perched above the street like a glass cabin, offers a unique and peaceful experience that’s hard to find elsewhere. I enjoyed my stay while being all alone in this pretty house. The view—day or night—is simply breathtaking. From the glass windows, I could see the full cityscape of Baguio below. At night, the city lights sparkled like stars, and during the day, the hills and rooftops created a beautiful urban landscape framed by pine trees. The space is cozy, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for solo travelers or couples. It felt private, quiet, and refreshing. You do need to take a short walk uphill to reach the hut, but the reward is a peaceful hideaway with unforgettable views. The host was warm, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed.
