Rooms were spacious

Dealing with the main person who you never meet he was very deceptive things weren’t communicated properly to the staff. Things weren’t executed for us properly. The entire villa was booked, we thought it was a big home but it was basically apartments and all common areas were outside. Meals were expensive for the quality. We hired an outside chef and the meals were amazing for a better price. We constantly had to ask for cleaning for the rooms. We spent so much money, over $8,000us and got absolutely nothing but the home. Nothing else was included for the 12 days. We spent so much money for a disappointment.

Beautiful big place

No cleaning of the rooms every day like most other places and there was no one there to offer assistance for the older people to walk up the huge road
