Skypark 1 with free parking

Great accommodation in a skyscraper, with a modern and stylish interior. Everything was clean and fully functional, and it was comfortably warm in winter. We especially appreciated the underground parking spot. The view from the apartment is a nice bonus :) The area has beautiful urban design - Zaha Hadid’s touch can definitely be felt. There are a few dining options, a café with specialty coffee, a Billa supermarket, and a pharmacy. There are also plenty of green spaces for walking dogs (leash required according to the residential complex rules). There are two dog “parks” in the vicinity: one directly within the complex and another a bit farther away. They’re not great by pet-owner standards (quite small and without double gates), but dogs can be let off-leash there. The location is also within walking distance of a nice, relatively central area and the river, where many restaurants are located. Communication with the host was also good, no issues, clear instructions, no troubles finding anything (except maybe for the elevator in the parking - it took us some time :)). Overall, a great vibe - we wouldn’t mind staying here again when in Bratislava.

The building receptionist at check-in was quite impolite. I was accompanied by a Slovak native speaker, which noticeably helped improve the tone of the interaction. It seemed that the reception staff are not very happy about handling key handovers for the rented accommodations, as they may not consider this part of their responsibilities. This could probably benefit from clearer arrangements or communication to avoid awkward situations for guests.
