Number 21: A Breathtaking Chester Cottage with Parking

Comfortable stay in a great location for visiting Chester zoo and the city .

Fantastic facilities and location near Chester - very quiet area with plenty of parking if required. The rooms were spacious and tidy with fresh linen available. The host provided a cot for our toddler to sleep in and was greatly appreciated. The host also left a few washing tabs and dishwasher tabs to allow us the means to run the machines as we needed - that was a well needed touch after a warm week. We will 100% be back again - a fantastic family option for a place to stay.

Minor tidbits - would be nice to have some form of clothes horse available to hang freshly washed clothes (the washing machine was a dryer combo but couldn't dry very well) Downstairs bedroom door was very sticky and the handle was loose from it's fittings on our arrival - attaching screws need tightened

Location for our needs was good. Property was lovely clean and comfortable with good kitchen. Walk in local country park was lovely with easy access from the grounds

Property could do with a bit of storage (both for clothes and food) for guests staying longer than a few days and unfortunately was too noisy (main road) at night for us.

Great location, decorated to a high standard. Clean & well equipped kitchen. Fantastic TV size. Comfy sofa & beds.

Leaving

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you could need from kitchen roll to hairdryers, tupperware, clingfilm, board games and the rest. Will absolutely book again if we are planning a holiday near this area! Modern appliances such as Alexa, coffee machine and smart TV. We also appreciated things like kids cutlery and plastic cups as we were staying with our toddler. Also both the showers were excellent.

A bit too hot for our liking and no ability to adjust the thermostat. There was a washing machine but we couldn't find a drying rack anywhere so a bit of a challenge getting the clothes dried. Also the alarm was left set from the previous guests so we had an unfortunate 5.30am wake up on the first day 😂 Other than that we have absolutely no complaints! It's a really wonderful place to stay and handy for our visits to the zoo and alton towers

Pretty, modern, comfortable, clean property with everything you needed. Perfect location for Chester Zoo (main reason for visit). Had its own parking (right outside). The cottage was in a a very quiet courtyard set back from the main road. Would definitely stay here again

Beautifully decorated cottage,part of a conversion from an old Farmhouse,Stunning with all mod cons.Will definitely be back.

Really comfortable bed looking out of velux windows,with ensuite.

How clean it was and the fact they had left board games to play. They also left herbs and spices that could be used which I thought was really nice.

All the pots were massive, there were no small pots
