#Toucan by halu! apartments

Lovely apartment, very central, tasteful and clean. We enjoyed our time in the terrace. Maria was very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Everything was available in the apartment. Basics like water, coffee, toilet paper, sugar, butter, detergent pods for both the washing machine and dish washer, and additional soap to wash dishes by hand . When we asked for kitchen towels, they brought it the same day. The terrace is amazing. Instructions to get into the apartment were simple. The Halu! Team was very responsive and friendly. Taxi to the apartment from the airport costs 25 euros (fixed fee). It was a perfect apartment. If we return to Thessaloniki next time we will definitely want to stay here again.

Some areas could have been cleaned a little better, like next to the night stand but I'm being picky now.

Very good location. Apartment looks really good, it has pretty design and it is very clean. There are two toilets, which is great, first time I see two toilets in Greek apartments. Also there is a washing machine and a dishwasher, which is also quite rare. Two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Terrace is huge. I will definitely rent this apartment again in the future.

There are two things that need to be fixed, but I believe the host will fix after our stay. First the water tanks in the toilets are leaking after flushing, we had to close the water pipe every time. And the second is that the top lock on the entrance door does not work. The bottom lock works fine though. Everything else was great!

we didnt met host, we just collected keys from locker and left them there, apartment is nice, balcony is fantastic, view is good, area is good, parking is terrible as in whole city, you must come before midnight or you cant find garages that are open

The communication from the hosts was noticeably unfriendly towards customers. Initially, they informed me that the apartment would be ready by 16:00 without providing any further explanation, as if it were the standard check-in time. It was only after I inquired about the one-hour delay, considering that the check-in time was supposed to be at 15:00, that they mentioned a water interruption issue. I find it doubtful that this was the true reason, and it seems there may have been another undisclosed issue The apartment itself was beautiful with a great location. However, given the issues with an unsupportive host and the check-in delay, especially considering the late check-in and early check-out hours, I would definitely not consider returning
