The rooms slightly run down now. Massage at the spa was not strong enough, catering to western tourists.

The room the ambience the nature. Amira was very helpful as I asked her to extend my checkout so that I can pray zohor in the room as the property does not have proper surau on site. Please give her proper commendation.

Unfriendly and un accommodating staff - I told a client to drop by for a business proposal and gave his vehicle details to the reception but when he arrived, the security didn’t have his details and did not let him in. I lost a great deal. The room phone didn’t work (1008) and when I called using my handphone I had to make more than 5 attempts before it was picked up. To make matter worst, she still asked for the same details which I’ve given earlier. My client couldn’t wait and I lost a great deal. Another feedback - I hope you can bring back teh tarik to breakfast menu; it’s the best complement to the roti canai. Perhaps you could also consider ready to go nasi dagang (there are good ones outside) in the menu as that is part of Terengganu breakfast.
