If you want to be in the old town, this is a great location. Just be aware that there are 52 steps up to the apartment on a very narrow winding staircase. If you are a single person, or a very small couple, it could be comfortable for a few days. Kitchen is reasonably well outfitted but extremely tiny.

“Serene” is a misnomer. The apartment is above a very busy café that is open until 1 o’clock in the morning. Although the windows are very good quality, our sound check app still clocked 60 dB noise coming from the outside. (And not the fault of the property, but there is major road construction happening on the small street, so the noise starts again first thing in the morning.) The bed is a Murphy bed that flips down from the wall. It is a double bed, not queen size, and much more suitable for one person because you can only get out on one side of the bed, not both side sides or the top/bottom. (The couch is not long enough to sleep on unless you are 1.6 m or shorter.) Biggest complaint: the poor customer service. They are incredibly polite, but don’t do anything to fix problems. When you read reviews, you see that many people have commented on the lack of towels, linens, toilet paper, etc… simple things to fix, but you can see that despite the feedback the management company or owner has not done anything to address concerns from customers. Eg. Dish soap provided, but no towel to dry the dishes. We asked for one, and we’re told that the apartment does not provide this . Eg. Only two pillows had pillowcases on them, and we asked about additional pillowcases for the others and were told that the “owner had left them in the property” and that they only provide two pillowcases. Eg. They provided two very nice bath towels, but only one hand/face towel for two people. We asked for another towel, and we were told that we could not have one. Eg. They provided wine glasses, but there was no cork screw. I asked about this, and was told that it does not come with the apartment. Eg. We asked where the drying rack was for clothes, and told that the apartment doesn’t come with one, even though it was listed as an amenity…and we found two of them behind the couch!

La ubicación, en pleno casco histórico, comodisimo para hacer visitas y cerca de bares y restaurantes .

La forma de recoger las llaves, estaban dentro de un un candado en la calle y no nos dieron la contraseña hasta un poco antes del checkin a las 15:00 , me parece muy tarde. Nuestro vuelo llegó pronto y no había ningún lugar donde dejar nuestras maletas.

Sehr gute Lage und gute Größe.

Waschbecken im Bad läuft unzureichend ab. Dusch Handtuch hat Flecken. Schwieriges Vorgehen beim Check in. Schlüsselbox zu weit weg. Umständlich.
